This is a 30 year old Speyside single malt from The Maltman, distilled in 1993 and bottled in 2023. It is bottled at 45.2% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery is not named, but it is thought to be a large and well-known one on the River Spey. On the palate it is warming, with orange liqueur and golden syrup alongside sweet melon, then ginger biscuit and chocolate cake. The finish turns more towards chocolate, with gingerbread and cinnamon.
