The Nikka Limited 2025 is a Japanese blended whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 48% ABV in an edition of 8,000 bottles. The blend draws on older whisky from Yoichi and Miyagikyo along with whisky from Ben Nevis, and the casks include oak, among them Mizunara. No colouring is added.
The nose brings peat, sea air, crème brûlée, toasted sesame, oak and green bamboo. On the palate there is fruity sweetness, dark chocolate and woody oak. The finish is long, with peat and dried fruit.
