The Quiet Man is a blended Irish whiskey bottled at 40% ABV. It marries grain and malt whiskies that have matured in first-fill bourbon casks, which give it a golden colour. The nose brings vanilla, honey and fresh apple, with malted cereal. The palate is silky, with ripe yellow fruit, butterscotch and a little soft spice. The finish is of medium length, with vanilla and dried fruit.
