The Sexton is an Irish single malt bottled at 40% ABV. It has been matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks. The nose offers dried fruit, nuts and spice with a hint of chocolate. On the palate come raisins, honey and a little vanilla, with a slightly woody note running underneath. The finish is soft and lingering, returning to candied fruit.
