The Singleton Tailfire is a single malt Scotch whisky from Dufftown Distillery, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is bright with crisp apple, red grape, raspberry and candied orange peel. A grassy note and Wensleydale and cranberry keep the balance, and a hint of tobacco develops over time.
The palate brings raspberry bush, more Wensleydale, oats, vanilla and a touch of pepper. The finish is dry, with a fruity lip-smacking quality.
