The Temple Bar Traditional Irish Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

A blended Irish whiskey developed by Tom Cleary, owner of the Temple Bar in Dublin, as the pub's own house bottling. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The blend matured in bourbon and port casks in the Temple Bar's cellars. The port casks add dark fruit and depth, while the bourbon casks contribute wood, vanilla and malt. On the nose there are red berries and plum with honey and gentle spice. The palate brings malt and fruit alongside vanilla and a light sweetness, and the soft finish carries honey, spice and wood.
