Yamazaki 12 Years Old is a single malt from Suntory's Yamazaki, Japan's first and oldest malt distillery. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl-sized 750ml bottle.
The 12 year old first reached the market in 1984 and was the first Japanese single malt to be marketed in earnest. It remains the flagship single malt of Suntory.
It is described as an elegant, smooth malt with plenty of flavour.
