Thinkers Dew of B'dolah Bourbon (70cl, 47.5%)

Thinkers Dew of B'dolah is a bourbon from Thinkers Distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 47.5% ABV. It was produced in the United States from a wheated mash bill, then matured and bottled in Israel. The barrels first rested undisturbed for four months. They then made a slow six-month sea voyage across the Atlantic and the Mediterranean to Haifa, where they aged in the open air for a further three and a half years. The name comes from a Kabbalistic term for a state of perfect, harmonious balance between many different factors.
