This is a single cask single malt from Thomson in New Zealand, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited edition of 312 bottles.
The whisky is made from unsmoked, New Zealand grown malted barley and matured in a second fill French oak wine cask from the Allier forest in central France. The first fill took the initial grape notes from the cask.
It is described as giving pain aux raisin, dark chocolate, custard and hazelnut.
