Thomson – Manuka Smoke (10cl)

Thomson Manuka Smoke is a New Zealand whisky made from 100% New Zealand grown malted barley, smoked over Manuka wood and distilled in a hand beaten copper pot still. It is described as an early, work in progress bottling, taken from the barrel while the whisky is still young. This one is in a 100ml bottle, and it is neither chill filtered nor coloured. The flavours named are natural smoke, cinnamon, clove and Manuka oils.
