Tim Smith Southern Reserve is an American whiskey from Tim Smith Spirits. Tim Smith is a third-generation moonshiner, known for his role in the television series Moonshiners, who has kept his family's 100-year-old moonshine recipe secret. The whiskey is reddish amber in colour. Sweet corn and mild rye mingle with smoky, caramelised oak, and it closes on earthy, nutty notes.
