Timorous Beastie 13 Year Old Meet The Beast Edition is a blended malt made by marrying single cask single malts, all from the Highland region of Scotland. It is bottled at a cask strength of 52.5% in a 70cl bottle, and only 3,000 bottles were released.
It belongs to the Remarkable Regional Malts range. The name comes from the timid field mouse of Robert Burns' poem 'To a Mouse'.
It is described as having vanilla, malted barley, meringue, honey and citrus flavours alongside plenty of spice.
