Tobermory – 2008 16 Year Old Refill Oloroso Sherry Butt Cadenhead's (70cl)

This is a 16-year-old Tobermory, distilled in 2008 on the Isle of Mull and bottled by Cadenhead's at natural strength. It is an unpeated island single malt, matured in a refill Oloroso sherry butt, in a 70cl bottle. The sherry cask adds dried fruit, nutty richness and gentle spice, while the spirit's coastal freshness and a subtle savoury edge remain clear. It is full-bodied, with sherry depth set against the distillery's maritime character.
