Tobermory 42 Year Old is a single malt from the Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull in Scotland, bottled at 47.7%.
The distillery was founded in 1798, and this whisky reflects more than four decades of maturation in oak casks.
The nose combines ripe fruit, aged oak, sweet honey and spice. The palate is thick in texture, with candied fruit, butterscotch, dark chocolate and tobacco. The finish is very long.
