Togouchi Toei Animation Single Cask #7251 (70cl, 60%)

This is a single cask Togouchi bottled at 60% ABV in a 70cl bottle, from cask 7251 and carrying the Toei Animation name. It is bottle number 91 of 220. Togouchi whiskies come from Sakurao Distillery, founded in 2017 near the Seto Inland Sea. The spirit is distilled there, while the casks are kept in cellars at the foot of Osorakan mountain in the small town of Akiota-Togouchi. For malt distillation, the swan neck of the pot still is modified to retain more esters, and a hybrid still is used for the second distillation.
