Tomatin – 11 Year Old Woodrow's of Edinburgh (70cl, 57.8%)

A single cask Tomatin from the Highlands, bottled at 11 years old by Woodrow's of Edinburgh at a cask strength of 57.8%. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was distilled on 3 September 2014, matured in a refill hogshead and bottled on 20 July 2026. The release numbers 259 bottles, and it is non-chill-filtered and natural in colour. Peach runs through the tasting notes: juicy peach with mango and a touch of raspberry on the nose, then silky peach with apricot and dried mango on the palate. The finish is lingering and honeyed, with bergamot, oolong tea and sandalwood.
