This is a 12 year old Highland single malt from Tomatin, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV.
It was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and ex-Spanish sherry casks, which gives it the character of a sherry cask whisky with a little something different.
The nose begins with wild heather, pine and cedar, then turns sweeter with crème caramel, apples, pears and mango. The finish is full-bodied and buttery.
