Tomatin 12 Year Old is a single malt matured for its full 12 years in sherry casks, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is led by caramelised apple and pear, with sultana, orange peel, apricot and hints of aged leather. On the palate there is chocolate fudge and manuka honey, alongside dried fruit and nut. The finish is warm and round, with sweet cinnamon spice.
