Tomatin 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is a Highland single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured entirely in first-fill sherry casks that previously held Spanish Oloroso, which add fruit and caramel to the distillery's gentle style.
On the nose there is sweet dried fruit, toffee, cinnamon and soft oak. The palate is smooth, with honeyed malt, raisins, roasted nuts and red fruit, and the finish is long and warming, with soft spice, fruitcake and toasted oak.
