This is a 12 year old single malt from Tomatin, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It was matured fully in sherry casks for those twelve years.
Caramelised apple and pear come first, balanced by sultana, orange peel, apricot and hints of aged leather. The palate goes deeper, with chocolate fudge, manuka honey, dried fruit and nut.
The finish is warm and round, with a sweet cinnamon spice.
