This is a Tomatin single malt matured for 12 years entirely in sherry casks, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
The nose leads with caramelised apple and pear, alongside sultanas, orange peel, apricot and hints of aged leather. The palate goes deeper, with chocolate fudge and manuka honey, plus dried fruit and nut.
The finish is warm and round, with sweet cinnamon spice.
