Tomatin 12 Year Old Triple Cask is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43% abv. It was matured in traditional Scotch whisky casks, ex-bourbon casks and ex-Spanish sherry casks.
On the nose it opens with wild heather, pine and cedar, which sweeten into crème caramel with apples, pears and mango. The finish is full-bodied and buttery.
