This is a 12 year old Highland single malt from Tomatin, in a 20cl bottle. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks, then finished for six to nine months in ex-Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is malty and fruity with a hint of smoke. On the palate there are stewed apple, pear and malt, with light sherry notes and nuts. The finish is soft and sweet.
