This 12-year-old Highland single malt was released by Tomatin to mark the distillery's 125th anniversary on 8 June 2022. It was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
The packaging carries an illustration by Emily Hogarth, an Edinburgh paper-cut artist, with juniper, barley, thistles, water swirls and the distillery's pig's head logo.
The nose offers sultanas, caramel and fresh juicy pears and apples. The palate is nutty barley and creamy butter with more dried fruit and a touch of ginger. The finish has sweet red fruit and dry oak.
