Tomatin – 12 Years Old Italian Collection Marsala Edition (46%)

This Tomatin single malt is the Marsala edition of the Italian Collection, a series of three bottlings. It was distilled on 6 December 2010 and spent ten years in ex-bourbon oak casks. On 10 February 2021 it was moved into ex-Marsala wine casks for a further two years, and it was bottled at 46%. Panettone and candied lime lead on the nose. The palate brings white chocolate, lemon truffles and hazelnut, and the finish returns to sweet citrus with blood orange and a note of toasted oak.
