Tomatin 12 Years Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. The two cask types give a balance between sweetness and spicier depth.
The nose shows rich fruit, honey, vanilla and a little oak. The palate brings soft caramel, dried fruit, light spice and toasted almonds.
The finish is of medium length, with hints of sherry and gentle spice.
