Tomatin 12 Years Old Sherry Cask is a Highland single malt bottled at 40% ABV. It builds on the standard Tomatin 12 Year Old with maturation in sherry casks, which add rich, sweet character. The bottle has a new design, with a scarlet embossed finish and gold foil accents.
The nose combines caramelised apple, sweet pear, citrus zest, raisins, orange peel and apricot, with a touch of old leather. The palate brings chocolate fudge, manuka honey, dried fruit and nuts. The finish is warm and lasting, with a hint of sweet cinnamon.
