This is Tomatin 13 Year Old Double Cask, a Highlands whisky matured in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is of baked apples and pear, with clove-spiced caramel sauce, coconut and guava. The palate turns to chocolatey granola, dried cranberries in a yoghurt coating, sultanas and cinnamon.
