Tomatin – 13 Year Old Cadenhead's Chairman's Stock (70cl, 51.3%)

This is a 13 year old Highland single malt from Tomatin, bottled by Cadenhead's in its Chairman's Stock range. It is a single cask, distilled in 2011 and matured in a bourbon barrel before bottling in November 2025 at 51.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The outturn is 198 bottles, and the whisky is natural colour and non-chill-filtered. The nose is creamy, with baklava, custard, pineapple and white grapes. On the palate come Viennese whirl, white chocolate, honeydew melon and gooseberries, and the finish brings pear drops, peaches and white pepper.
