Tomatin 13 Year Old Double Cask is a Highland single malt bottled by the distillery itself. It comes in a 1 litre bottle and was introduced in April 2025 as a travel retail release, at 43%.
The whisky spent 13 years maturing in Bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose offers baked apples and pears with caramel sauce and cloves, and coconut and guava add a tropical edge. On the palate come chocolate granola, yoghurt-coated dried cranberries and sultanas with a touch of cinnamon. The finish is long and soft, with honey sweetness, fruity and spiced sherry notes, and a sweet malt note.
