The whisky spends time in Tawny Port casks that previously held port for around 50 years, and it is soft, smooth and sweet.
The nose is rich but balanced, with red berries, sweet honey and toffee. On the palate, light fruits and nuts emerge, leading to a lingering finish of smooth fruit salad.
