Tomatin – 16 Years Old Cadenhead's (70cl, 46%)

This is a 16 year old Highland single malt from Tomatin, bottled by Cadenhead's, the oldest independent whisky bottler in Scotland. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV, without chill-filtering and with natural colour. The selected maturation shapes a fruity, elegant malt. The nose offers ripe apple, pear, honey and vanilla, with citrus, malt, soft spice and a little oak. The palate is full and harmonious, with ripe stone fruit, caramel, biscuit, honey and vanilla. The finish is long and elegant, with vanilla, malt, oak, citrus and a light spiciness.
