This is an 18-year-old Highland single malt from Tomatin, a single-cask bottling in the Cask Collection of independent bottler A.D. Rattray. It was distilled on 11 April 2008 and stayed in a bourbon hogshead, cask 2201, until bottling on 27 July 2026.
A.D. Rattray bottled it at a cask strength of 52.7% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colour, and filled 254 bottles.
The nose is described as juicy Conference pears, fresh gooseberries and white chocolate. On the palate it is rich and creamy, with warm apple pie, apple crumble, brown sugar and oat biscuits.
