This is an 18 year old Highland single malt from Tomatin, finished in Oloroso sherry butts.
The nose is rich and shaped by the sherry, with dried apricot, nuttiness and other dried fruits. The palate is sweet and honeyed, with plenty of tropical fruit, chocolate and a hint of spice at the back.
