Tomatin – 1994 23 Year Old The First Editions (70cl, 47.9%)

An independent bottling of Tomatin distilled in 1994 and selected by Hunter Laing for its First Editions range. It was matured for 23 years and is bottled at 47.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Independent releases of Tomatin are uncommon, and this one shows more of the distillery's fruity side than the distillery's own bottlings. It is described as having strawberries, apples, bananas and orange, with hints of 1970s Tomatin beneath layers of 1990s orchard fruit.
