Tomatin 1995 25 Year Old - Old Particular (55.2%)

A 25 year old single malt from Tomatin, bottled under the Old Particular label at 55.2% ABV. It was distilled in February 1995 and bottled in March 2020, with 267 bottles produced. It has no added colouring and is not chill-filtered. The nose is full of pear, vanilla pods, green apple and walnut. The palate is creamy, with sweet barley, butterscotch and new wood. The medium to long finish has a bourbon note, with toffee ice cream and crème brûlée.
