A single cask Tomatin from the Highlands, distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2022 at 15 years old by Gordon & MacPhail as a UK exclusive for their Connoisseurs Choice Cask Strength series.
It matured in a single refill hogshead and gave 315 bottles at a cask strength of 55.1%, in 70cl bottles, without colouring or chill filtration.
The nose combines tropical fruit with lemon zest and a hint of cocoa powder. On the palate come pineapple, mango and desiccated coconut, and the medium-bodied finish brings orange peel and oak.
