This is a Tomatin single malt from the 2006 vintage, drawn from Moscatel casks and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is a distillery bottling and belongs to The Portuguese Collection. Tomatin sits in the Highlands, on a site where cattle drovers bought their whisky as early as the 15th century. The distillery was legalised in 1897 and lies near the A9 between Perth and Inverness. It is one of the largest in Scotland, and most of its whisky is used in blends.
