This is a single cask Tomatin, a 10 year old Highland single malt distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2019 by Douglas Laing for its Old Particular series. The whisky matured in a refill hogshead, cask 13774, which yielded 384 bottles. It was bottled at 48.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without colouring or chill filtration. That strength is close to 85 Proof in the old UK imperial measure.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
