Tomatin – 2008 17 Years Single Cask 2911 Re-Charred Hogshead Exclusive Switzerland

Tomatin 2008 17 Years is a single cask Highland single malt, bottled exclusively for Switzerland. It was distilled on 16 May 2008 and bottled on 30 June 2025 at cask strength. The whisky spent its whole life in a re-charred American oak hogshead and was bottled without chill-filtration or added colour. The outturn is 293 bottles. The nose is lightly sweet, with ginger and ripe fruit. On the palate come soft coconut, brown sugar, flamed orange peel and winter spices. The finish is lingering and spicy, with fine rancio and light honey notes.
