A 10 year old Highland single malt from Tomatin, distilled in 2009 and bottled at 46% ABV. It began its maturation in ex-bourbon casks. In 2018 it moved to first-fill Caribbean rum casks for one further year.
The release is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, and 7,200 bottles were filled.
The nose is fresh and tropical, with a Bounty bar note and passion fruit in particular. On the palate come banana milkshake, pineapple, salted dark chocolate and toffee. The finish returns to tropical fruit, with roasted coffee beans.
