This is a single cask Highland single malt from Tomatin, distilled in June 2009 and bottled in 2019 at 55% ABV. The outturn was 247 bottles. The nose recalls September, with ripe apple, fresh pear and light citrus. The palate carries on with old-fashioned apple cake, full fruit and a honeyed sweetness, and the finish is sweet, round, balanced and very clean.
