This is a 30 year old Highland single malt Scotch whisky from Tomatin, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from Batch 5, with an outturn of 3,900 bottles.
The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon casks and traditional oak casks.
The nose shows soft fruit, honey and white chocolate. The palate is creamy, with exotic fruit and vanilla, then a burst of mixed spices. The finish is very long.
