Tomatin 8 Year Old is matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks and bottled at 40% ABV. It comes in a 1 litre bottle.
The nose opens with green apple, bruised pear and a hint of milk chocolate, before baking spices build in strength. On the palate there is cinnamon, coriander seed and liquorice, with plenty of dried fruit. Custard, black cherries and Seville oranges add depth alongside a touch of toasted almond. The finish is drying and spicy.
