Tomatin 8 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 1 litre bottle, bottled at 40%. It was matured in ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks.
The style is sweet and fruity, light and delicate. Vanilla-sweetened baked apples and pears on the nose give way to deeper dark fruit, with ginger and cinnamon keeping the sweetness in balance.
The finish is sweet and gently spicy.
