A single cask Tomatin from the Highlands, distilled in 2013 and matured for nine years before Cooper's Choice bottled it at 52.5% ABV. The release is restricted to 330 bottles.
The nose offers ripe apple, pear and citrus, with soft vanilla, malt and light floral notes. On the palate it is soft and rich, with yellow fruit, vanilla, honey and sweet malt, and a little spice and oak behind. The finish is long, with lingering fruit, vanilla, malt and gentle spice.
