This Tomatin single malt is bottled at full strength from an edition of 15,000 bottles. It was matured in former Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks.
The nose offers orange, pear, lime, gingerbread and walnuts, with a slight sweetness at the end. On the palate come burnt sugar, toasted malt, chestnuts, marzipan and polished leather, alongside vanilla and tobacco.
The finish is dry, with spicy notes that emerge slowly.
