This is a lightly peated Highland single malt from Tomatin, in the Cù Bòcan range. Earlier releases in the series were finished in sherry and virgin oak casks, while this one is matured in bourbon casks, adding sweetness and warmth. It was bottled at 46% ABV as a limited release of 6,000 bottles. Subtle peat smoke sits alongside bourbon-led notes, giving a balanced and approachable whisky.
