Tomatin Cu Bocan Creation #6 is a lightly peated Highland single malt from Tomatin Distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It is bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration.
The spirit is finished in a combination of Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and Jamaican rum casks, with rum and raisin at the heart of the flavour.
The nose offers rum and raisin, dark treacle, Jamaican ginger cake and gentle bonfire smoke. On the palate come bonfire toffee, spiced plum jam, Amaretto cherries and Daim bar, with a thread of light peat smoke. The finish is long and warming, with rum, dark fruit and gentle spice.
