Tomatin – Cu Bocan Signature (46%)

Tomatin Cu Bocan Signature is a lightly smoky Highland single malt, bottled at 46%. It belongs to the Cu Bocan series, named after a mythical creature said to roam the Scottish Highlands. The whisky was matured in bourbon, Oloroso sherry and North American virgin oak casks. It is natural colour and not chill-filtered. The nose is gently smoky, with vanilla, exotic spices, dried fruit and toasted oak. Sherry sweetness leads the palate, alongside vanilla, spice, raisins, caramel and a little citrus over a soft smoky undertone. The finish is long and warming, with toasted nuts and light smoke.
